01 | Preliminary Data Collection
To be better prepared for our first meeting, we will ask you to fill-out our new application form. We will distill all preliminary basic data about your property and your vision. within 24 hours we will schedule your complimentary 30-minute design consultation.
02 | Discovery Meeting
We meet for a 30-Minute design consultation and listen to your aspirations and needs.
03 | Work Plan
After having our discovery meeting, we will be able to offer you a work plan tailored for your specific needs.
04 | Schematic Design
The fun begins. We will explore design options and iterations. ​The goal of this phase is to find a design concept that resonates with your vision and take it to reality in the next phase.
05 | Construction Documents
This phase transform the concept explored in the previous step and the architect produces all technical information required to build the project. The construction documents consist of drawings and specifications. These will serve as the project manual and permit drawing set.
06 | Construction
We will make sure that your design gets build the right way. We will help you select a builder and during the building process, we will serve you as an administrator and observant of the construction progress. The architect may assist the general contractor by clarifying any questions that may arise based on the construction documents.
